Returns and Exchanges

If any item you purchase from Sixth Alice does not fit or isn’t exactly what you want, we are happy to give you a full refund if returned within 21 days of the order date. All merchandise must be in its original, saleable condition. Any item returned after 21 days will be given a store credit. No returns will be accepted after 45 days of the original order date. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with instructions to refund you purchase.

If you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to do so. Please send it back to us within 21 days of the order date with a note on your packing slip as to what you would like it exchanged for. All merchandise returned for exchange must be in its original, saleable condition.

Sixth Alice is not responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
